Rich Gilman

Dr. Rich Gilman is a licensed child and clinical psychologist and President of Terrace Metrics, Inc. Formerly on the faculties of Georgia State University (1999-2002), the University of Kentucky (2002-2007), and the University of Cincinnati Medical School (2007-2018), he served as Director of Psychology and Special Education and Director of School-Based Mental Health Programming (Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center) and Director of Clinical Services and Training at the PTSD program (UC Medical School). Dr. Gilman is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and the International Society of Quality of Life Studies. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers on factors that best predict optimal mental health, academic and behavioral outcomes across the lifespan. Dr. Gilman is on the editorical boards of several peer-reviewed journals in school psychology and child development, and recently stepped down as editor of School Psychology. Dr. Gilman received his MBA in 2018 from Oxford University (Kellogg College).

Dr. Kate Chard

Dr. Kathleen M. Chard is a Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and Director of the UC Health Stress Center at the University of Cincinnati. An international expert on the treatment of PTSD and related stress disorders, she is the author of the CPT for Sexual Abuse treatment manual and is co-author of Cognitive Processing Therapy: A Comprehensive Manual. Dr. Chard is an active researcher and she has received over 20 million dollars in funding to examine anxiety/stress epidemiology, assessment and treatment in Veterans and civilians.
