Thank you for your interest in taking the Terrace Metrics assessment, which measures key behavioral health indicators that predict optimal personal, academic, and career functioning. After completing the assessment (most complete it in 15 minutes or less), the results will be sent immediately in an easy-to-understand report. Further, the results will be linked to videos, a self-guided curriculum, and other resources, depending on age.

Here is some information that you need to know.

1. This is not a clinical assessment. The report is for information purposes only and is designed to highlight personal strengths, and perhaps areas that need attention.
2. The data is strictly confidential; personal data will never be released to third parties for marketing/selling purposes.
3. If you are age 18 and older, you must give your approval prior to taking the assessment. If you are under age 18, you must have your parent/guardian give their approval.
